The Performing Arts - Choreography specialization is an educational offer that responds to the need of aspirants to acquire professional skills necessary to carry out artistic activities in the field of dance art.
Accumulating a rich theoretical base (within the Choreographic Art courses), students have the opportunity to concretely apply the theoretical principles studied (a process that takes place within the Choreographic Creation courses - creation workshop). At the same time, they also have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the most relevant research methods of choreographers and dancers from our country and around the world.
Students of this specialization are also offered a very flexible, interdepartmental working context, materialized in the possibility of collaborating, in work teams, with colleagues from the specializations: Acting, Scenography, Theater and Film Directing. Thus, they have the opportunity to deepen general notions in the field of dramaturgy, in that of the techniques of structuring a spectacular discourse, but also in that of stage design, such as sound design and light-design, notions that they can apply in choreographic creations.

Candidates from the specializations "Performing Arts - Acting" and "Performing Arts - Puppets - Marionettes" will also have to upload the results of the ENT medical exam, which they can take at any specialist doctor.

6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma and a certificate detailing the status of a budgeted or fee-paying student by year*
7. ID card or passport*
8. Receipt for payment of the registration fee (if payment was not made online) or supporting documents regarding the registration fee exemption*
9. Certificate of recognition of the baccalaureate diploma issued by the MEC
(in the case of studies carried out outside Romania)*
10. Certificate of linguistic competence for the Romanian language
(EU and third-country citizens)*
11. Written recommendation from a legally established Roma organization (civic, public, political), attesting to the candidate's membership in the Roma ethnic group and not the fact that he/she is part of the respective organization (for Roma candidates running for distinct positions, approved by the Ministry)*
12. Olympic diploma(s), obtained during high school studies (if applicable);
13. Supporting documents, provided for in the admission organization regulations for candidates who come from the social protection system or are persons with disabilities;
14. Consent to the processing of personal data (Information Note);
15. Proof of name change (if applicable);

a) Presentation of an original choreographic composition conceived by the candidate (solo)* in the year of taking the entrance exam (max. 3 min, free musical option, USB stick music support, in mp3, mp4, wav format, only with the musical piece related to the composition presented in the exam).
b) Interview based on the filmed performances from the competition bibliography.
*Argumentation of the paper – the candidate will defend his artistic approach before the committee at its request.

Choreographic improvisation (solo)** on a musical fragment (3 minutes) from musical works belonging to the universal repertoire.
** The candidate will draw a ticket on which a number corresponding to the same number of a musical track from a playlist previously designed by the committee will be written. Following the audition, the candidate will imagine a choreographic scenario for a solo work, a scenario that he will argue in front of the committee. The candidate will perform an improvisation (solo) based on the scenario presented to the committee.

- The minimum admission average for places financed from the budget and for those with a fee cannot be less than 5,00 (five).
