This three-year study program is aimed at those who wish to explore the particularities and specificities of photography and offers them the opportunity to learn mechanisms and techniques for capturing and processing images, in artistic and professional conditions. Students also have the opportunity to develop research and innovation skills through creative technologies and through complementary courses in history and economics (with application to documentary and commercial photography), design, history and art theory.
The program was born in response to the current labor market requirements, and one of its priority objectives is to introduce the occupation of photographer with higher education in the COR (Romanian Classification of Occupations).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
To prepare the digital file correctly, here are the main documents you will need in electronic format (PDF or JPEG):
1. Registration form completed with diacritics (completed in the online platform).*
2. Baccalaureate diploma and transcript (or their equivalents)*
3. Birth certificate*
4. Medical certificate type*
(family doctor who confirms that he/she is fit to enroll in college)
Candidates for the specialization "Cinematography, photography, media (Film and TV Image)" will additionally undergo an ophthalmological examination at any specialist doctor, the result of which will appear on the medical certificate, with the mention "fit - Image"
5. Certificate proving student status (for students pursuing a second specialization with budget or fee specification)*
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma and a certificate detailing the status of a budgeted or fee-paying student by year*
7. ID card or passport*
8. Receipt for payment of the registration fee (if payment was not made online) or supporting documents regarding the registration fee exemption*
9. Certificate of recognition of the baccalaureate diploma issued by the MEC
(in the case of studies carried out outside Romania)*
10. Certificate of linguistic competence for the Romanian language
(EU and third-country citizens)*
11. Written recommendation from a legally established Roma organization (civic, public, political), attesting to the candidate's membership in the Roma ethnic group and not the fact that he/she is part of the respective organization (for Roma candidates running for distinct positions, approved by the Ministry)*
12. Olympic diploma(s), obtained during high school studies (if applicable);
13. Supporting documents, provided for in the admission organization regulations for candidates who come from the social protection system or are persons with disabilities;
14. Consent to the processing of personal data (Information Note);
15. Proof of name change (if applicable);
16. Portfolios – for study programs within the Film Faculty.*

This is a standard requirement for documents requested in the admissions process, so that they can be easily uploaded and processed through the online platform. Complete portfolios are submitted after registration, only in electronic format. The candidate must ensure that all required elements are in the portfolio and can be accessed, otherwise he/she will not be admitted to the exam.
The University will make available to the candidate, but only after registering on the Edubits platform, a folder on a secure platform where he/she can upload the requested documents, a folder to which only the institution and the candidate have access. Access to the platform will be communicated to the email address used upon registration.

20 photographs taken by the candidate, black/white or color, composed in an exclusively horizontal format

examination room for the oral test of the admission competition – minimum format 18/24, maximum 30/40)

WRITTEN TEST
The test is graded on a scale of 1 to 10.
The Commission will provide candidates with five photographs, the same for all (printed on A4 photographic paper), and candidates they will write a written work, in which to highlight the means of visual expression in the photographs viewed.
Evaluation criteria for the written paper:
- determining the dramaturgy-visual synthesis;
- plastic analysis;
- analysis from a technical point of view.

Practical test – photography
The test is graded on a scale of 1 to 10.
Creating a suite of three photographs on digital media, composed exclusively horizontally, resulting in a relationship between two characters.
There will be only one theme for all candidates, namely: "Execute a suite of three photos from angles and framings of your choice, inside the UNATC film set, using two characters and at least five pieces of furniture or props from those provided (which must appear in at least one of the photos)".

Oral test
The test is graded on a scale of 1 to 10.
- the candidate's comment on the three photos taken in the previous practical test.
- presenting a portfolio that includes the following twentieth of photographs taken by the candidate;
- colloquium on plastic culture starting from the commentary of a reproduction from universal painting.
